Amendments to Review Division Practices and Procedures manual

Following consultation with stakeholders, the Review Division has introduced amendments to its Practices and Procedures. These amendments took effect on December 1, 2011 and are intended to create a more user-friendly and transparent manual.

WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors adopts a policy on Occupational Health and Safety Injunctions (effective December 1, 2011)

At their October 12, 2011 meeting, the Board of Directors approved the adoption of a new policy regarding occupational health and safety injunctions: Policy D12‑198‑1. The policy provides guidance to WorkSafeBC on the use of an injunction as a tool for compliance.
